Your staff at Cypress Creek

The staff at Cypress Creek wants to thank our residents for their patience during the first phase of the asphalt repair. The patch and repair required removal and replacement of over 800 sq ft. of asphalt.

The contractors are working across the street today, applying a slurry seal and re-stripe. That will be it for our residents at buildings 105, 107, 109 and 111!

We'll start the slurry seal and striping on the main side of Cypress later this week. Look for notices with schedules.

Dear Residents,

We'd like to give you an update on the resurfacing of our parking lot. The North-West section which required the most repair was completed according to schedule.

On Friday, August 17, the contractors will begin repairs to a medium sized area located in front of our leasing office. They'll need to cut, remove the damaged asphalt then fill. This should only take a few days to complete.

During this process you may experience a momentary delay in entering or exiting the property. But, at no time will the driveway be closed. We anticipate completion by Wednesday, August 22, 2007.

We will continue to keep you informed of the progress and changes. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to call or stop by the leasing office.
