As we come upon the holiday season, I'd like to take a moment to express that we the staff at Cypress Creek, very much appreciate your residency. You are who make Cypress Creek the best apartment community in the city.
To our longtime residents, we’ve watched the seasons come and go together, and your presence has been a comfort to us. To our new residents, we welcome you again! We hope that you all will stay with us for many seasons to come.
And as we welcome in the fall season, we would also like to thank you for both your patience and expressed approval and enthusiasm over the improvements of the community. I’m sure we all see this as making Cypress Creek an even better place to call home.

Our parking lot has been resurfaced
We installed new energy efficient lighting
New pool furniture was purchased and is in place.
There’s new fitness equipment in the weight room.
Your Clubhouse is being remodeled. (stop by and see the kitchen)
A new sauna is scheduled for installation by the second week of October.
And new flooring will be installed throughout the fitness building.
Two 32” flat screen televisions will be installed in the fitness building.
We are also pleased to announce that for only $25.00 more per month, Cypress Creek can now provide you with a new washer and dryer. Call, stop by the leasing office or email us at cypresscreek_leasing@virtuinvestments.com for details.
