Exterior Building Repairs
Dear Residents,
Over the next two months contractors will make much needed repairs to the fitness center, racquetball courts, sauna and the the exterior siding of our buildings. Construction should begin Thursday, September 13, 2007 with completion on November 16, 2007. This schedule could change depending to the weather.
Most construction work will occur between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. While these are the construction work hours, some processes may require work on a Saturday. It is our hope that when this occurs from time-to-time, we will receive advance notice from the construction management firm - and we will notify you, to enable you to plan accordingly.
All prudent construction practices will be followed, but there will be construction noise and dust during the day. They will not need to enter your apartment.
As always, we appreciate your patience and cooperation while we make these upgrades and improvements, making Cypress Creek an even better place to call home.
