We are pleased to announce that we will be making energy efficient upgrades to our current lighting system throughout the common areas and inside each apartment unit.
This upgrade will include:

NEW fluorescent ceiling fixtures ( kitchen, hallways, baths )

NEW outdoor fluorescent fixtures/auto on/off sensor

We have asked the contractor to keep our residents' inconvenience to a minimum. They will be working in our apartments beginning Thursday, September 6, 2007 through Saturday, September 8, 2007 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM.

They will also need to enter your apartment unit for approximately 15-30 minutes sometime during this time.
