The first prohibits all drivers from using a handheld wireless telephone while operating a motor vehicle, ( Vehicle Code 23123 ). The second is that motorists 18 and over may use a " hands-free device. " Drivers under the age of 18 may NOT use a wireless telephone or hands-free device while operating a motor vehicle, ( Vehicle Code 23124 ).

We have teamed up with Innercircuit to offer you the ability to make payments to us online – an alternative to the hassle of mailing in or dropping off hard copy rent checks at our office. Cypress Creek Apartments

We'd like to welcome to our newest residents! We want to help make your move as easy as possible, so if you have any questions or concerns, please come see us. If you're new to apartment living, you may want to ask us to steer you in the right direction, and we'll be happy to do so. But we also encourage you to talk to one of our recent renewals. When the time came for them to renew their leases, they didn't hesitate to secure all that our community has to offer for another year. We'd like to thank these individuals for their continued presence, because they help make our community a great place to call home!

The team at Cypress Creek has created a heartfelt puzzle for our residents to solve this Valentine's Day. We've put a container full of candy hearts on display in our office, and we're asking you to guess the number of sweets in the jar. The resident who guesses closest to the correct number will receive a prize! Borrow Cupid's wings to fly by our office, where the jar will be on display during normal business hours. We'll announce the lucky winner on February 20th, so don't let this sweet opportunity to enjoy some treats this Valentine's Day pass you by.
