1. Where do I park?
Each apartment has two parking spaces, one is reserved covered and the second is any uncovered space first come first serve.

2. What are the terms?
We offer leases for periods ranging from 9 to 12 months.

3. What is the pet policy?
Your family pet is welcome. Dogs and cats are permitted under 50 lbs. with a deposit and pet rent. Pets will love the 18 acres of spacious grounds!

4. How do I apply?
You will need to complete an application and sign the renal criteria form. A $36.50 processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.

5. How long will it take to process?
Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48-72 hours.

6. What are the office hours?
M-F: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sun: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM -
7. What are the deposits?
The deposit for a 1 Bedroom is $400.00 and a 2 Bedroom is $500.00.

8. How do I reserve the clubhouse?
To reserve the clubhouse you will need to visit the office and sign the cleaning addendum and $75.00 for the day and $250.00 deposit.

9. When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

10. What if I am late with my rent?
Rent is not due on or before the 1st and if you are late you will be required to pay an additional $50.00 as a late fee and $5.00 per day up to $100.00 Any payment received after 9 am on the 4th will have to be in the form of a money order or cashier's check.

11. How do I make a maintenance request?
If the request is being made during office hours you will need to call the office at 831-758-3008 and report the problem. You may also contact us online anytime.

12. What if I have a maintenance emergency after hours?
If you have a maintenance emergency after hours you will need to call our emergency maintenance at 831-758-7674. Please be sure to leave your name, apartment and phone number along with a brief description of the problem. An on-call maintenance person will return your call.

13. What options do I have for telephone/cable/internet?
Telephone and internet are available through SBC (AT&T). Cable is available through Comcast.

14. What if I want to move to a larger/smaller apartment?
To do an on-site transfer you simply need to inform the office that you would like to move to a larger /smaller apartment. You need to have completed at least 6 month lease with us . You will be required to pay the deposit for the new apartment and your current deposit will be returned to you minus any cleaning fees within 30 days.

15. What are the hours of the fitness center and pool?
The fitness center and pool are open from 5 am to 10 pm every day of the week.

16. When can I renew my lease?
A renewal letter will be sent to you by mail from our office. When you receive this letter you will need to come by or call the office so that we can prepare your new lease.
